The room was immaculate and the breakfast was great (especially the orange juice). The staff were amazing, always eager to help and full of energy. The location couldn't be better, close to shopping and public transport.
The only drawback was the occasional noise from nearby streets during the night.

This hotel is placed in a good position to visit the city, just 5 minutes from the metro and 10 minutes on foot from the city center (Carmen, Cathedral). Furthermore, there are several buses just in from of the hotel, from and to the city center. The staff is very kind and speaks a good english. The room is clean and quiet. The brealfast is big and varied.

Staff was great and very helpful and could speak good english unlike all locals. Room was very clean and comfortable. Very close to city centre by walk and 3 minutes away by walk to metro and hop on hop off stage. Would highly reccomend to someone with a low budget visiting Valencia ;) Altough it is a 3 star it is very close to a 4 star hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at Kramer while exploring Valencia’s vibrant streets. The welcome drink was a good touch after a long journey. I appreciated the early breakfast service on marathon day, which catered perfectly to runners.

Soundproof & modern rooms with linen change, bedside table and extra large bed. Extremely polite personnel and particularly good and stunning location right across the street from a shopping center.

Centrally Located Near Transport, Kram Bar with Homemade Food, Access to Local Culture
Air conditioning needs a thorough check, often feels cramped for multi-guest arrangements!!! Limited entertainment options on TV, and the bathroom space could be improved for better comfort!!! More dining choices nearby would enhance the stay!!!

Good facilities, very well behaved and cooperative staff, nice big room with big bathroom, comfortable bed, marvelous breakfast, excellant food in the restaurant in the evening (very nicely priced meal and drink combined menus) one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in anywhere in Europe.

The spacious room was a plus, providing comfort . The breakfast offered various options that were fresh and enjoyable. The location was a bit far from the city center, requiring a 30-minute walk, and some noise filtered in from the street. Despite this, the hotel is well-suited for families and those looking for value.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The rooms are a good size and comfortable . The twin room we stayed in had larger than average beds and we did not hear any traffic noise. The room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was quite nice . Overall we would recommend the Kris Abadia and will stay here again . The location is perfect for exploring the city .
The automatic air fresheners dotted about the hotel can be a bit strong smelling at times.

The location is great and gives you a great value for the money - close enough so that you can walk to the tourist areas (old city, Botanic Gardens, etc.) yet priced reasonably since it is not inside the old city. It is a small hotel - downstairs there is just the reception and the eating area. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and speak English well enough. The rooms are clean and quiet.
The 2 computers for guest use in the so-called "business area" are antiquated and unreliable. There is good wi-fi throughout the hotel, though.

Generally, I dislike this hotel, in spite of the fact, that it looks more or less fashionable. The general reasons are: the worst shower in our trip (we were in 6 different hotels), poor breakfasts, bad condition in rooms, non-working cards, that opens the room.
